Dumaguete has always been a foodie’s paradise. One resto that’s a fave of locals and tourists is Gabby’s Bistro.
Gabby’s bistro is a cute resto on top of Max’s Chicken along the Boulevard.
Outside, it looks very common but inside, it retains the Florentina Homes vibe. For those in the know, Florentina Homes is a pension house owned by the owners of Gabby’s. The pension house is known for their venetian design exterior and interior.
So what about the food? Well, in true Duma spirit, the food is awesome. I had the Oriental Noodles. It is meatless but there is an option to add proteins for an additional price. It is sweet and salty. Reminiscent of Kung Pao chicken or beef.
For some greens, I ordered an extra side of Caesar’s salad.
Together with coffee, I paid a lil over 200 pesos (I forgot the exact amount, sorry).
Gabby’s is truly a must try when you visit Dumaguete City.
